How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days, depending on demand and availability. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 5–7 business days of delivery if the item meets our return criteria. Products must be in original condition and unworn. Email buttaemporiumcustomerservice@gmail.com to begin your return.

Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely. Once your return is approved and processed, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. We do not offer store credit at this time.
